FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of absorbing element (3). Claimed process comprises the step of precipitation whereat initial material for absorbing element is sucked by airflow into recess (22) made on outer peripheral surface of revolving drum (2). Then, precipitated material (32) withdrawn from said recess (22) is compressed by pressure. Said recess (22) has suction part (23) made of porous plate (26) and solid part (24) with air-tight bottom surface to prevent suction force application via the bottom surface. Solid part depth from revolving drum outer peripheral surface is smaller than that of suction part (23). Initial material is precipitated in said recess (22) in precipitation process while the pressure is applied to precipitated material (32) in compression process.EFFECT: absorbing element (3) with different, partly high and low, densities.13 cl, 11 dwg |
