Provided are a scribe head, which has straight moving properties increased by mitigating a drawback of an inner wheel vehicle of a cutter wheel, and a scribe apparatus using the scribe head. A scribe head (10) has a cutter wheel (11) which moves by being pushed along the surface of a substrate (W) and processes a scribe line on the surface of the substrate (W). The scribe head (10) comprises: a holder (13) which has the cutter wheel (11) on the lower portion thereof; a holder joint (15) which freely rotate through an attachment axis (12) of the holder (13) by supporting the holder (13); a first support member (18) which freely supports the holder joint (15) through a perpendicular rotation axis (16); and a second support member (19) which supports the first support member (18) to be able to be elevated. Based on a perpendicular line (L1), the attachment axis (12) of the holder is formed to be inclined toward a rear side in a moving direction of the scribe head (10). The perpendicular rotation shaft (16) of the holder joint (15) is installed on the perpendicular line (L1) passing a contact point (P1) of the cutter wheel (11). |
