The present invention relates to a mold for manufacturing a door frame and, more specifically, to a mold for manufacturing a door frame, capable of: reducing mold manufacturing costs by simplifying the mold; improving straightness and flatness by decreasing product distortion; enhancing the durability of a conventional auxiliary mold having weak durability; preventing breakage of the auxiliary mold; and reducing production time, thereby manufacturing a high-quality fire door frame. The upper end of a primary mold is slantingly formed such that a back gauge mounted at the back of the mold can smoothly move forward and backward so as to enable the back gauge to move forward without coming into contact with the primary mold, thereby preventing breakage due to contact between the back gauge and the mold. Additionally, durability and life span can be extended through a shape change of an auxiliary mold, distortion of the panel can be prevented when a door frame is formed using the mold, defects in a door frame can be reduced and a door frame for preventing condensation can be manufactured. |
