The present invention relates to a prosthesis insertion device, which comprises: a handle with a hollow shape which is movable in front and rear directions; an outer pipe coupled the rear end to the handle, and formed by being extended in the moving direction of the handle; an inner pipe having a shape longer than the length of the outer pipe in the moving direction of the handle, which is stored inside the outer pipe, and formed with a penetration hole for introducing and discharging an expansion agent on one side; an expansion agent prepared between the outer pipe and the inner pipe to cover the portion formed with the penetration hole; and a prosthesis positioned between the outer pipe and the inner pipe to be inserted inside the human body. The prosthesis insertion device of the present invention is capable of simply transplanting a self-expanded stent in a stenosed region in a short period of time.
