PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state image sensor and an imaging device, capable of suppressing degradation of AD conversion accuracy.SOLUTION: A comparison part 31 includes: a differential amplifier, having a first transistor to which a reference signal is inputted to its gate and a second transistor to which a pixel signal is inputted to its gate, for outputting a first comparison signal according to a result of comparison between the reference signal and the pixel signal at performing comparison process; a current output element for outputting an approximately constant current at implementing the comparison process; and a third transistor to which the first comparison signal is inputted to its gate, a current outputted from the current output element flows between its drain and source before a second timing at which the first comparison signal changes, and turns off after the second timing. The comparison part 31 outputs a second comparison signal based on an outputted current from the current output element after the second timing. |
