PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal coupler capable of reducing problems due to rotation when signal transfer is performed by means of electromagnetic coupling with a rotation device.SOLUTION: A signal coupler 10 includes: a first baseplate 11 having a first coil 12; and a second baseplate 21 which has a second coil 22 performing signal transfer with the first coil 12 by means of electromagnetic coupling, and which is disposed close to the first baseplate 11 being faced thereto. The first coil 12 and the second coil 22 are formed in a spiral shape which gets closer to the center as revolts. Each of the first baseplate 11 and the second baseplate 21 includes a cavity 19, 29 which opens in the center of the spiral shape. |
