[Problem] To provide a method for filling gas and liquid into a package, the method enabling a required amount of a gas and a required amount of a liquid to be accurately filled into a package while completely preventing the entry of external air, and enabling the prevention of liquid and gas residue (jamming) on a sealed section. [Solution] A method for filling gas and liquid into a package, wherein a liquid and a quantity of gas corresponding to 2-40vol% of the volume of said liquid are filled into a package, which comprises a plastic film, from an unsealed opening in the package, and the unsealed opening is then sealed by heat sealing, and wherein the gas is made into microbubbles having a diameter of at most 50μm, dispersedly mixed into the liquid in advance, and then filled into the package as a microbubble-containing liquid, or the gas is filled into the package by being generated, as microbubbles having a diameter of at most 50μm, in the liquid which has been supplied into the package in advance. |
