PURPOSE:To execute singly and in a short time a test of all gates by using for a test a specified time slot group of a time-division multi-channel, closing some gates of a channel matrix part in each time slot, and detecting whether a correct pattern is connected to each time-division multichannel of the delivery or not. CONSTITUTION:A channel matrix 300 is a matrix of 8X8 consisting of eight input time-division multiplex transmission lines 100 and eight output time-division multiplex transmission lines 200, and a testing time slot group assigns four pieces to one frame. f1-f8 of different test signal patterns 400 are always transmitted to the testing time slot of each transmission line, and when gate pulses of testing time slots 1-8 are supplied when the slots 1-8 are inputted to a matrix 300, a combination of f1-f8 of different test signal patterns 500 is outputted to the testing output time slot of each transmission line 200. Accordingly, in accordance with whether a correct pattern is connected to the transmission line 200 or not, a gate fault of the matrix 300 can be detected. |
