<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system, an information management method, and an information management program which enable a user to efficiently create and change a seating chart and enable the user to make contact by using the seating chart. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving data of a name to be represented as a seat, an application server 20 acquires this name from personal data in an employee database 25 and displays the name in a layout generation screen while the name is related to an employee identifier of the personal data. The application server 20 stores a block figure, the name, and the employee identifier to which the personal data is related, into a layout data storage part 24 so as to be related to one another. When receiving data regarding a name selected from the seating chart and a speech indication from a client terminal 15, the application server 20 acquires personal data having an employee identifier related to the name and performs call origination processing with a telephone number of a telephone, which a person having this name uses, as a call destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
