摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling sufficient intake of agar in an effective state without giving pain in taking. <P>SOLUTION: Gelatinous or solid agar and a root crop extract are included in a powdery soup composition to be dissolved in use. The gelatinous or solid agar preferably contains an insoluble or sparingly soluble calcium salt of agar, and the root crop extract preferably contains a volatile component of burdock belonging to the family Compositae.
