PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an easily viewable liquid crystal display device capable of reducing influence such as reflection of a background, and to provide a manufacturing method of a reflection plate used for the liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a reflection plate has a projecting part formation process for discharging a resin material from an ink-jet head 50 to form plural resin projecting parts 17 on a substrate, and a reflection film formation process for coating the substrate formed with the plural resin projecting parts 17 with a reflection film 16'. Because plural projecting parts 18 are formed on the surface of the reflection film 16', reflected light is moderately scattered. Because the projecting part 18 of an arbitrary size can be formed at an arbitrary position on the substrate, the reflection plate having a desired scattering characteristic can be easily manufactured. |
