A drum type ice machine is provided to reduce a spraying range of refrigerant by installing an auxiliary drum inside an ice making drum and to increase cooling efficiency by spraying refrigerant through injection nozzles. A drum type ice machine comprises as follows. An ice making drum(10) is equipped with grooves on its outer surface. A refrigerant supply pipe(20), one side of which is inserted into the ice making drum, equipped with a refrigerant mixture space(21) inside the pipe. An auxiliary drum(30) positioned inside the ice making drum is integrally connected with the refrigerant supply pipe. A spraying support pad supplies refrigerant to the refrigerant mixture space. A refrigerant suction pipe is supported by connecting one edge of the pipe to the distribution support pad. An injection nozzle is connected to the refrigerant supply pipe. A refrigerant suction hole(70) is installed near the refrigerant injection hole. In addition, a support unit is installed between the ice making drum and the refrigerant supply pipe, which prevents leakage of the refrigerant.
