<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slat conveyor suitable for conveyance of such a to-be-conveyed object as not to allow direct mounting on a slat plate.SOLUTION: In a slat conveyer, a large number of slat plates connected in an endless form are circulated through an endless passage composed of an upper side conveyance passage 1, a lower side return passage 2 and a both-end U-turn passage connecting the upper and lower side passages together. On slat plates 5a and 5b corresponding to front and rear points of a to-be-conveyed object, i.e. an automobile body W', conveyed in the upper side conveyance passage 1, a pair of right and left object supports 33a to 33d which support the object in an erected attitude are shaft-supported in a freely erecting and lying down manner around a support shaft 35 arranged in parallel with the forward-and-backward conveyance direction.</p> |
