Irradiation planning method and irradiation planning device for particle therapy

The creating method involves providing a modulation curve for modulation of particle numbers in target points, which lies in target volume in beam direction. An actual position of the target volume is determined, where multiple actual target points, which overlap the target volume in the actual position, are determined. The particle numbers are assigned to the actual target points by using the modulation curve. The modulation curve is determined in a preliminary proceeding from a current irradiation plan, in which assigning of particle numbers to target points of the target volume is lodged. An independent claim is included for an irradiation plan device.
