<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for real-time visualization of an interaction between a substance and a substance, specifically, a plate for microscopic observations useful for real-time microscopic observation of protein interaction, a plate mounting device for microscopic observations with the plate for microscopic observations, and a method for detecting the protein interaction using the plate for microscopic observations or the plate mounting device for microscopic observations. <P>SOLUTION: A plate 1 for microscopic observations is used for detecting an interaction between substances such as proteins. The plate is a flat plate formed of a nonluminescent resin material with optical transparency. One surface 10 of the plate is formed with at least a recess 2 constituting a fluid passage, and the base 22 of the recess is formed with a plurality of dent portions 3 capable of storing beads. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
