<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and readily figure out an FLD in high temperature useful for FEM forming analysis for warm forming. <P>SOLUTION: This method for measuring a forming limit line of a steel plate in a high temperature press forming process according to Marciniak method includes: adopting a soft steel plate having YS of 250 MPa or less as a drive plate 2; heating the drive plate 2 and a test material 1 prior to the forming to have a forming start temperature of 500°C or higher; and then carrying out the forming at a forming speed of 150 mm/s or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
