<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volatile organic substance detection sensor having a simple constitution, capable of measuring volatile organic vapor simply, inexpensively and highly accurately. <P>SOLUTION: In this volatile organic substance detection sensor 1, a first electrode 3 and a second electrode 4 are provided on the surface of an oxygen ion conductive solid electrolyte 2, and roughness of the surface of the oxygen ion conductive solid electrolyte 2 on a bonding interface 5 with the first electrode 3 is different from that on a bonding interface 6 with the second electrode 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
