NKG2C as prognostic marker in multiple sclerosis

The present invention provides an in vitro method for determining the clinical prognosis of a subject diagnosed of multiple sclerosis (MS), the method comprising the step of determining the genotype of NKG2C gene in an isolated test sample from the subject. In addition the present invention provides the use of means for determining the genotype of NKG2C. The method of the invention provides valuable information about the clinical progression of MS.
