<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content use system for restoring content of license information LIC to a state before transmission when content is not properly utilized by using the LIC including content use rules transmitted by a storage device. <P>SOLUTION: Content use apparatuses 301 and 305 are provided with: a transfer log list managing part for receiving the LIC from a storage device for updating content of stored LIC in accordance with an output of the stored LIC, storing an LIC log including a content use information identifier LID and the use rules in a transfer log list, and eliminating the LIC log from the transfer log list when the content is used by using the acquired LIC; and a restoration request part for transmitting the LID and the use rules stored in the transfer log list to the storage device when the LIC log is stored in the transfer log list and when the use rules of the LIC log are different from the use rules of the stored LIC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
