SEMICONDUCTING CERAMICS COMPOSITION FOR ELECTROSTATIC DISSIPATION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed in the present invention is a ceramics composition having conductivity for dissipation of static electricity. The ceramics composition consists of ZnO-Al_2O_3 complex composite obtained by mixing ZnO and Al_2O_3. The Al_2O_3 is contained in a range of 1 to 20 vol% with respect to a total amount of the ZnO-Al_2O_3 complex composite. In addition, at least one component selected from the group consisting of metal oxides having a metal ion of Mn, Co, and Cr is able to be added into the ZnO-Al_2O_3 complex composite, and an added amount of the component is able to be in a range of 0.01 to 2.0 wt% with respect to the total amount of the ZnO-Al_2O_3 complex composite. A substrate consisting of the ceramics composition is manufactured by a normal thick film process such as a tape casting, a slip casting, and a filter casting.
