Disclosed is a portable and foldable placing stand including: a placing part on which an object to be placed is placed; a connection member to connect and support the placing part while enabling the position change thereof; a pair of support units which support the connection member, and are height-adjustable as to the ground; and a posture adjustment member to combine the placing part to the connection member while enabling the posture change thereof. The portable and foldable placing stand enables a user to read a book or look through a mobile phone at various places and postures without regard to a place, by placing the mobile phone or the book. |
