A method for supporting remote control using an image capturing module. The method for supporting the remote control according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: generating a session between a remote controller and a portable support terminal and connecting a channel; making the support terminal capture the image of surrounding environment and transmitting the captured image to the remote controller; receiving remotely the image captured by the support terminal in the remote controller and remotely controlling the surrounding environment of the support terminal using the received image; and manipulating the image capturing module or the image captured by the image capturing module with the remote controller or the support terminal and supporting the remote control of the remote controller using written data.
