<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture that can improve an external appearance by reducing an area of a non-light-transmitting part. <P>SOLUTION: A remote control receiving part 72 receives an infrared light remote control signal, and light emitted from LEDs 401 as a main light source is adjusted and illuminate by reflecting the light downward with a reflecting plate 60. Thus, a space for preparing the remote control receiving part 72 on a panel cover 51 or the like as a non-light-transmitting part is not required since the remote control receiving part 72 is arranged on the reflecting plate 60.
