<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surfactant having high surface-active power. <P>SOLUTION: The surfactant is represented by formula (1) or (2) wherein D is a hydrogen atom or an organic group represented by formula 3; L and M are a residue obtained by removing hydrogen atoms from two hydroxyl groups of a glycol; U is a residue obtained by removing a hydrogen atom from a hydroxyl group of 2-hydroxypropylene group or the like; G is a residue obtained by removing a hydrogen atom from a hydroxyl group of a monool; p is 1 to 3; the proportion of hydrogen atoms in all D is 0 to 50 mol% in one molecule; and -X(-OA)<SB POS="POST">n</SB>-Q-ä(AO-)<SB POS="POST">n</SB>H}<SB POS="POST">t-1</SB>(3), wherein X is 2-hydroxypropyl group or the like, Q is a residue obtained by removing hydrogen atoms from t primary hydroxyl groups of nonreducing disaccharides or trisaccharides, AO and OA are an oxyalkylene group, n is 2 to 40, t is 2 to 4, and the total number of AO and OA is 10 to 80 per organic group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
