PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seam structure having a front face excellent in appearance and a rear face excellent in touch.SOLUTION: A seam structure 1 includes a cloth 3 and a seam part 5 extending in a predetermined direction D. In the seam structure 1, the cloth 3 is folded at a folding line 11 extending in the direction D, and the folding line 11 partitions the cloth 3 into a cloth body 13 and a cloth piece 15. The seam part 5 includes a first seam 21, a second seam 23, a third seam 25, and a tape-like member 27, which extend in the direction D. At the first seam 21, a first thread 21T penetrates the cloth piece 15 and the tape-like member 27 in a thickness direction T repeatedly in a reciprocating manner. At the second seam 23, a second thread 23T penetrates at least the tape-like member 27 in the thickness direction T repeatedly in the reciprocating manner. At the third seam 25, a third thread 25T is bridged at least between the first thread 21T and the second thread 23T repeatedly.
