The present invention relates to a power distributor including: a line formation unit which includes terminals on each of four corners formed to be separated from each other and has branch lines which are extended in the direction of connecting the corners to each other in the shape of a rectangular strip while the branch lines are attached to each other on each corner and are separated from each other in the middle in the direction of connecting the corners to each other; a capacitor formation unit which has four opposite plates which are formed on lower end portions of each branch line of the line formation unit to be extended to be longer than a separation distance of the branch line; a center ground formation unit formed in a center region encircled by the branch lines; and an inductance line formation unit having four inductance lines which are formed to be extended from each opposite plate to the center ground formation unit to have bent patterns. According to the present invention, the power distributor can have a small size.
