The invention relates to a transportation and storage container (1) which can be folded open from a collapsed non-use position into an open position and the lateral walls (11) of which can be folded towards the floor surface (4) of a floor pan (3) and are arranged above walls (2) of the floor pan (3). At least one wall (2) of the floor pan (3) is provided with a recess (5) in which at least one opening (9) is formed, a pivot shaft (13) of a hinge element (12) of the lateral wall (11) being insertable into said opening. The aim of the invention is to provide a transportation and storage container (1) with which a simple, secure, and manual or automatic assembly can be implemented. According to the invention, this is achieved in that a protrusion (16) extends into the recess (5) on the inner surface (6) of the wall (2) of the floor pan (3). |
