A foam dispensing cap of the present invention is mounted on the mouth of a squeeze container 60, and comprises a cap body 1 composed of a ceiling wall 13 and a cylindrical side wall 11, and a partition member 37 mounted in the cap body 1. An ejection pipe 17 is erected on the upper surface of the ceiling wall 13. An air chamber 30 partitioned off from an upper part of a head space 60a of the squeeze container by the partition member 37 is formed in the space below the ceiling wall 13. A liquid entry opening 39 serving as a passage for a content liquid is provided in the partition member 37. In the air chamber 30, an air passage 31 for flowing air within the air chamber and a liquid flow path 33 for flowing the content liquid, which has passed through the partition wall 37 and entered the air chamber 30, communicate with each other. The air passage 31 and the liquid flow path 33 are formed to merge, and a region ranging from the point of merging to the ejection pipe defines an air-liquid mixture flow path 35. When the squeeze container 60 is tilted and squeezed, the content liquid is ejected in a foamy state from the leading end of the ejection pipe 17. The foam dispensing cap does not have a member inhibiting capping, such as a tube, and can perform foam dispensing persistently. |
