The present invention relates to a system and a method of an integrated production management for performing a production process of product such as production management, mixed flow process, quality management, management analysis, scheduling, production order planning, etc. which are required for production activity using an electron beam irradiation process, and for managing all information related to production and operation. According to the present invention, the system comprises: an information collector which collects production information, quality information, and facility information of the production process including the electron beam irradiation process, and transfers the same to a production facility data system server; an equipment interface (IF) which transfers setting values and examination values of examination equipment and a process facility to the production facility data system server; and the production facility data system server which processes data, transmitted from the information collector and the equipment IF, and provides the result to be suitable for a web or mobile environment. |
