The present invention relates to a skirt apparatus to prevent double injection which is prepared in a casting machine including a pouring machine to provide molten metal and a mold moved horizontally on a bottom of the pouring machine. The present invention relates to the skirt apparatus to prevent double injection comprising: a body part installed in an upper side of a mold by being separated in a fixated interval; a blocking member installed in one plane of the body part, blocking a movement of the molten metal flowed from the pouring machine when the blocking member contacts the mold; a dynamic power delivery part which delivers a rotary force to the body part by having one end connected to the body part; and a dynamic power providing part connected to an other end of the dynamic power delivery part, providing dynamic power to the dynamic power delivery part.
