A METHOD FOR ISOLATING TARGET DNA USING INACTIVATED SITE-SPECIFIC NUCLEASE

The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a genotype using a site-specific nuclease and, more specifically, to a method for diagnosing a cancer or analyzing a genotype by amplifying or concentrating only a small amount of a targeted DNA having modification such as mutation or difference in a genotype by removing a wild DNA or a specific genotype DNA, and a method for isolating a targeted DNA by using a site-specific nuclease or a mutant of the same. The method is a method of a new paradigm opposite to a site-specific nuclease recognizing a normal genotype and a carcinogenic genotype after a simple existing PCR, thereby being used in earlier diagnosis of a cancer or analysis of similar genotypes.
