The present invention relates to an infiltration and filtration type car stopper comprising: a body installed in a parking lot, and having multiple flow paths for allowing rainwater in a parking lot to flow inside; and an infiltration pipe for infiltrating rainwater flowing in through the flow path into the lower part of the parking lot by having multiple flow holes in a lateral surface and having a hollow while the body is fixed to the parking lot.
