The present invention relates to a pipe coating method of an adhesion and coating integral manner and a coating die, and specifically, to a pipe coating method which enables an adhesive layer and a coating layer to be formed at the same time in a single process. The method comprises the following steps: preparing resin coating liquid and an adhesive resin; preparing a coating die; supplying a pipe to be coated to the coating die; inserting the resin coating liquid and the adhesive resin into the coating die through different insertion paths; coating the pipe with the resin coating liquid and the adhesive resin inside the coating die; and drying the coated pipe. |
