1. A method for treating an elongated object using a plasma process, comprising:
providing at least one elongated object and a planar electrode structure, wherein the at least one elongated object has a structure that extends along a longitudinal direction of the elongated object; providing at least one outlet port, on either side of the planar electrode structure, and in series with the planar electrode structure; treating, via the at least one outlet port and the planar electrode structure, the at least one elongated object with a flow and plasma process, wherein the flow process further comprises: supplying a polymerization material and nanomaterial simultaneously, via the at least one outlet port; and applying potential differences between electrodes of the electrode structure to generate the plasma process, wherein the at least one elongated object is positioned near or on the electrode structure. |
