Disclosed are a system and a method for fear mentality analysis. The system for fear mentality analysis includes a brain wave acquisition device which generates brain wave data and outputs the data, a first camera device which acquires a visible image and a thermal image for a face region at the same time and outputs the image, a second camera device which receives the brain wave data, the visible image, the thermal image, and an eye image and totally analyzes the data and the images, and estimates a fear mentality state according to the brain wave, the change of the temperature of the face and the change of the eyes.
