The present invention relates to a real-time monitoring technology based on automation of a manufacturing process and, more specifically, to a real-time monitoring system for a manufacturing process, which monitors, based on information technology, conditions and states including a facility condition, a defective states, progress of a process, etc. in real time with respect to an automated manufacturing process line including a machining process and inspection process for vehicles and mechanical components. The real-time monitoring system for a manufacturing process comprises: multiple manufacturing process equipments each having an assigned unique identification number and operated in each manufacturing process; a user terminal receiving, selectively based on granted authorization, condition data about the multiple manufacturing process equipment, which is generated in the multiple manufacturing process equipemnts, and work data about each manufacturing process performed by the multiple manufacturing process equipments; and a server broadcasting the condition data and the work data in real time through a communications interface between the multiple manufacturing process equipemnts and the user terminal, wherein the server includes a database manager for setting version information on the broadcasted condition data and work data and storing the same classified by each manufacturing process equipment and each manufacturing process in a database. |
