PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone type separator module where a degree of freedom in arrangement is enhanced by simple piping even when a plurality of cyclone separation portions are disposed in a limited space.SOLUTION: A cyclone type separator module is equipped with a separation tube 3 generating a cyclone type air flow and a junction valve 4 formed with a first communication passage 43 spatially communicating between a first junction port 411 and a third junction port 413 and a second communication passage 44 spatially communicating between a second junction port 412 and the third junction port 413. A first filtration module A is formed by connecting one separation tube 3 selectively with one junction valve 4 or a second filtration module B is formed by being connected with two junction valves 4. |
