PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine cycle facility, a COrecovery facility for an exhaust gas and an exhaust heat recovery method for a combustion exhaust gas capable of achieving improvement of gas turbine cycle efficiency.SOLUTION: By using a combustion exhaust gas 18 from a power turbine 16, heat exchange of high-pressure secondary compressed air 12C is performed at a first heat exchange part 19A of an exhaust heat recovery device 19, and also, by using a heat exchange exhaust gas 18A, heat recovery of a low-pressure primary compressed air 12A is performed at a second heat exchange part 19B of an air saturation tank 31. Then, primary compressed air 12B in which heat is recovered in the second heat exchange part 19B is introduced into a secondary air compressor 22 to make it high-pressure, and after that, heat is recovered in the first heat exchange part 19A and it is made to be secondary compressed air 12D, and by using this secondary compressed air 12D, it is introduced in a combustor 14 for combustion by a fuel, and it is heated to, for example, the temperature of 1500°C. Thereby, exhaust heat recovery efficiency in the exhaust heat recovery device 19 becomes extremely high. |
