PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of vibration and noise by keeping engagement accuracy at the time of normal/reverse oscillation of a probe body.SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic probe, a coupling 2 is loose fit between one end part of an output shaft 1a of a power source 1 for oscillating a probe body and the probe body, and a fly wheel 3 is loosely fit with the other end part of the output shaft 1b of the power source 1 in a freely oscillating manner to reduce vibration and noise from the probe body. |
