PURPOSE:To obtain a capsule toner having excellent fixability, fluidity and offset preventiveness by incorporating a silicone oil having a specific viscosity range into a core material. CONSTITUTION:A binder consisting of a polymer and oil solvent, display recording material and silicone oil are incorporated into the core material of the capsule toner. The viscosity of the silicone oil is particularly preferably in a 500-6,000cs (25 deg.C) range and the content thereof is more preferably in a 1-4wt% range per the total weight of the capsule toner. The oil solvent which can be used as the component of the binder is exemplified by a high boiling point solvent of >=150 deg.C which can dissolve or swell the polymer and org. solvent which has the b.p. ranging 100-250 deg.C and which does not substantially dissolve or swell the polymer. |
