<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk type microfluid chip capable of performing efficient solution substitution and cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: The disk type microfluid chip for feeding liquid by utilizing centrifugal force includes: a reaction vessel 1; at least one supply vessels 2, 3; a first draining vessel 6; a second draining vessel 9; at least one supply flow channels 4, 5 for feeding liquid from at least one supply vessel to the reaction vessel; a first draining flow channel 7 for draining liquid from the reaction vessel to the first draining vessel; and a second draining flow channel 8 for draining liquid from the reaction vessel to the second draining vessel. The second draining flow channel can allow drained liquid to flow by centrifugal force larger than that of the supply flow channel, and drainage from the reaction vessel to the first draining vessel is performed in accordance with supply of liquid from the supply vessel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
