PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an easy method to calibrate a peak position in analyzers performing a component analysis using a fluorescence X-ray.SOLUTION: An analyzer 100 comprises: an irradiation unit 51; a detection unit 53; and a peak position calibration unit. The irradiation unit 51 is configured to irradiate an excitation X-ray X1, and the detection unit 53 is configured to detect an X-ray X2 to be generated by irradiating the excitation X-ray X1. The peak position calibration unit is configured to calibrate a peak position of an X-ray to be detected in the detection unit 53 using an X-ray peak included in an excitation X-ray component. |
