摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide distortion-sensitive resistive paste that can be used for measurement of dynamic quantity (distortion, stress, etc.).SOLUTION: Distortion-sensitive resistive paste according to the invention is formed by mixing: conductive particles that are formed by including ruthenium oxide (RuO) and have conductivity; a matrix forming material that is made of glass holding the conductive particles; reinforcing fibers that are made of electric insulation materials and reinforce the matrix forming material by dispersing in the matrix forming material; and dispersion media that disperse the conductive particles, the matrix forming material and the reinforcement fibers. The paste is used for forming a distortion sensitive layer that varies an electric resistance value according to a distortion quantity of an attached distortion-causing body. An average fiber diameter of the reinforcement fibers is 4 μm or less and its average fiber length is 8 μm or less. The use of this distortion-sensitive resistive paste realizes acquisition of sensor properties having excellent linearity and less hysteresis, and also realizes significant improvement in durability and reliability by high strength.
