PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further effectively restrain the movement to the axial direction of a shaft, in a headrest having a link mechanism and a vehicle seat having the headrest.SOLUTION: A headrest 1 comprises a fixed side member 4, a movable side member 5 capable of adjusting a position in the longitudinal direction to the fixed side member 4 and a link mechanism having a first link 6 and a second link 7 for connecting the fixed side member 4 and the movable side member 5 and rotatably connecting a mutually crossed intermediate part via a shaft S. The shaft S is inserted into through-holes 8a, 8b and 8c formed in an intermediate part of the first link 6 and an intermediate part of the second link 7, and movement regulation means 120 for regulating the movement to the axial direction of the shaft S, is provided on a side surfaced of the link 7 positioned on the insertion side of the shaft S out of the first link 6 and the second link 7. |
