PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm and easy-to-clean handlebar cover for cold weather for being attached to a two-wheeler, three-wheeler or the like which is downsized to improve the design of the vehicle body of a vehicle when the handlebar cover is attached to the vehicle, and which allows a user to safely ride the vehicle and can protect the hand from cold weather.SOLUTION: In a handlebar cover for cold weather for being attached to a two-wheeler, three-wheeler or the like, the lower part thereof below the grip is not closed.
