PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article sorting device configured to sort a plurality of kinds and pieces of articles.SOLUTION: The article sorting device comprises: a conveyance container-put portion 2 into which conveyance containers 100, to which articles for conveyance destinations are sorted, are put; a first article container-put portion 3 into which first kinds of article storing containers to be sorted to the conveyance containers are put; a second article container-put portion 4 into which second kinds of article storing containers are put; an n-th article container-put portion into which n-kinds of article storing containers are put; a conveying-out portion 7 that conveys out containers to which the articles for conveyance destinations are completely sorted; and a conveyance passage 8 that connects the conveying container-put portion, the first, the second, and the n-the article container-put portions, and the conveying-out portion to one another. The conveyance passage has a sorting lane 81 for conveying containers to which the articles are not completely sorted and a completion lane 82 for conveying containers to which the articles are completely sorted. The first, the second, and the n-th article container-put portions have a first sorting position 32, a second sorting position 33, and an n-th sorting position respectively, with respect to connection thereof to the sorting lane. |
