The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a device using an eye movement. The apparatus comprises: a sensing apparatus which acquires eye motion information including information on an eye blinking of a user and information on an eye movement; a storage portion where a control command database is stored in advance; and a control portion which individually extracts the information on the eye blinking and the information on the eye movement from the eye motion information which is acquired through the sensing apparatus, filters the extracted eye blinking information based on preset natural eye blinking information, produces the filtered eye blinking information for controlling the device, extracts control command information corresponding to the filtered eye blinking information and the information on the eye movement from the control command database, transfers the extracted control command information to the device, and controls a driving portion installed in the device to be operated in accordance with the control command information. |
