PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable making it possible to prevent occurrence of noise by efficiently reducing electromagnetic wave to be generated by power line communication.SOLUTION: A cable is capable of transmitting electric power, and includes a conductor part, an insulating layer to cover the conductor part, and a conductive layer to further cover the insulating layer. The inside of the conductive layer preferably has a higher surface resistance than the outside thereof. The conductive layer is preferably made up of at least a high resistance layer having a high surface resistance, and a low resistance layer that covers the high resistance layer and has a lower surface resistance than the high resistance layer. |
