PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies that help improve the workability when installing a lightweight cellular concrete panel on a building skeleton and the ease of transportation and handling at a site of the building skeleton.SOLUTION: An L-shaped plate 4 is fixed on a plane part 30a of a steel beam 30 by welding and other methods, and a bolt with a loop 2 is fitted rotatably on the L-shaped plate 4 using a hexagon head bolt 6 and a nut 7. This way, the bolt with a loop 2 is supported variably between a perpendicularly erected state and a slanted state relative to the steel beam 30. By keeping the bolt with a loop 2 in a perpendicularly erected state relative to the steel beam 30 only when a lightweight cellular concrete panel 50 is fitted on the steel beam 30, improvement in the workability when fitting the lightweight cellular concrete panel 50 to the steel beam 30 and the ease of transportation and handling of the steel beam 30 may all be achieved. |
