The present invention relates to a display device and a display panel thereof. The display device comprises: a gate driving integrated circuit for receiving driving voltage and a clock signal, and outputting a scan signal to a gate line; and a driving voltage control unit for controlling a level of the driving voltage according to change of voltage of a monitoring node connected to an output node where the scan signal is outputted in the gate driving integrated circuit, and outputting the driving voltage to the gate driving integrated circuit.
